Learning to Feel Happy, Relaxed and Worry-Free!

We are accustomed to worrying about the past and the future, all the time! Worry, worry, worry! Adults have modeled that for us since we were born. So of course we all adopted that way of being.

You may now be learning to rewire your painful and traumatic memories and the related beliefs and coping strategies. But, we ALSO have to teach ourselves to feel happy, joyful, excited, at peace, relaxed…. and any other positive emotions that we choose.

That’s why, alongside MAP (the method of rewiring), we also need to “magnetize” the new feelings, states of being and experiences that we now choose.
